Our Sambuca results from the steam distillation of star anise, extracts of flowers of sambucus nigra and other natural infusions. It is a sweet, smooth liqueur with a dense, oily consistency and intense but delicate flavours. Ideally suited as a base for cocktails and long drinks alike.
