For the cocktail:
• 45 ml Old 1919, Negroni Antica Distilleria
• 45ml Madeira, Cossart-Gordon 5 yrs old
• 3 Mist Home-made Bergamot dye
Method:
Build on the rocks & light stir
Glassware:
Old fashioned vintage glass
Garnish:
No garnish
Procedure:
Mix inside a vintage old-fashioned glass over plenty of ice, light stir and complete by scenting the surface with some home-made bergamot tincture. Leave the drink undecorated.
