For the cocktail: - 35ml Amaro Negroni - 10ml Savona’s Chinotto Liqueur - 20ml Freshly squeezed lemon and pink grapefruit juice - 10ml Almond and hazelnut orgeat - Lesser calamint aroma
Combine all the ingredients listed in a Parisienne shaker, stir well and single strain into a chilled vintage cocktail glass.
Finish off with a hint of lesser calamint scent that will give the drink freshness and a delicate aroma. Decorate with a slice of dry lime directly in the glass.
