For the cocktail:
• 30 ml Chamomile Liqueur, Negroni Antica Distilleria
• 30 ml Vermouth del Professore Bianco
• 15ml Nikka Coffey Grain Whisky
• 1 tbs Tea pot Bitters
• 3 drops 30% Saline solution

Method:
Stir & Strain

Glassware:
Vintage cup

Garnish:
Edible flowers

Procedure:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, stir and single strain into a cold vintage cup. Decorate with edible flowers.
This drink features intentionally complex aromas and flavours to enhance the undisputed quality of Chamomile Liqueur, Negroni Antica Distilleria, 32% abv, winner of a gold medal and liqueur of the year at the International Spirits Award 2016.
This award-winning liqueur is made from Venetian grappa infused with selected chamomile flowers, picked at 900-1000 meters above sea level in the mountains of Cadore, a historical Italian area in the province of Belluno, Veneto, entirely belonging to the mountainous area of the Eastern Dolomites.
The freshness of chamomile flowers blends perfectly with the herbal profile of Vermouth del Professore Bianco and the delicate hints of hazelnut and vanilla of Nikka Coffey Grain; the bitter notes of black tea and yerba mate will effectively balance the salty sensation provided by 30% saline solution.
